Unfortunately, stomach sleepers may not get the support they need to prevent their hips from sinking. We’d recommend a firmer mattress if you spend most of the night in this position.
When discussing pressure relief, we refer to how well a mattress prevents tension buildup in critical areas like the lower back, shoulders, and hips. While our testers provide valuable input from their experience in each position, we also evaluate this category using a pressure map.

For the first 10 years, DreamCloud will replace your mattress with a brand-new mattress of equal or greater value for free. You’ll be charged $100 initially for roundtrip transportation costs, but that fee is waived once a defect is confirmed.
