Nicole Arzt is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Southern California. She has spent the past decade working in numerous clinical settings and currently manages her private practice. She is the author of the bestselling book, Sometimes Therapy Is Awkward, and her second book is set for publication at the end of 2024.
Nicole is the founder and owner of Soul of Therapy LLC, a copywriting and SEO business for therapists. Her work has been featured in Choosing Therapy, Psychology Today, WebMD, Bustle, and the Today Show. Nicole is also the founder of Psychotherapy Memes, a global community of more than 150,000 followers. Nicole enjoys consulting and speaking with new therapists about working in mental health. She’s been featured on several podcasts and has been a keynote speaker for many events around the country.
